How do I grant health permissions?
During your first app launch, you'll be prompted to grant health permissions. If you need to change permissions later:
- Go to iOS Settings
- Select Privacy & Security
- Tap Health
- Select Vitals AI
- Toggle the permissions you want to grant
Why aren't my AI insights loading?
AI insights require an active internet connection. If insights aren't loading:
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you have granted the necessary health permissions
- Try refreshing the app by pulling down on the main screen
- Restart the app if the issue persists
Health Data
What health data does Vitals AI access?
Vitals AI can access various health metrics from Apple Health, including:
- Heart rate and heart rate variability
- Sleep data (duration, stages, quality)

Account & Privacy
How do I delete my data?
To delete your data and stop using Vitals AI:
- Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Vitals AI
- Turn off all permissions
- Delete the Vitals AI app from your device
- Contact us to confirm deletion of any stored data
Can I use Vitals AI without internet?
Some basic features work offline, but AI insights require an internet connection. The app will display your health data from Apple Health even when offline, but AI analysis and recommendations need connectivity to function.
